Or are you not into fitness but experiencing menopause symptoms and want an alternative to pills, shots, and hormones? Well, you’re in luck because you can address these symptoms with specific workouts.

If you’re interested in finding out how fitness can play a part in menopause symptom management, please take a few minutes to fill out this questionnaire.
